Hi, I’m Zenie - I’m just me.

I’m Zenie, but you may also know me as Erica Lina. Zenie is a nickname given to me by a friend because of the way I approach life and my daily living. I quite like it.

I am a very curious and creative neurodivergent woman. I tend to pursue my interests to their depths. I am autodidacte and I’m always learning something new. I’m bilingual, and I’m learning more. I am continually learning how to learn.

I am, clearly, beginning yet another life, here in 2025. It is almost as if my past self died in a house fire.

This website is a clean and unbound in reflection of that. I am at this point, in this lifetime, living congruently with myself and my values. I’m both unsure and absolutely positive of what I’m doing.

My life is purposely simple, both out of necessity and desire. I am a practicing stoic and a daoist. I am often at odds with the world, and very much sense that I am ‘Gaijin’. I almost always take the road less travelled, it is in my nature.
